Registration policy
Registration is required for all participants. Early registration is important and encouraged. To benefit from a reduced registration fee, participants should pay before 1 June.

Important
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be addressed in writing or by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat. For all cancellations received before 1 August 2024, a refund of 75% will be granted. No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date. However, participants will be allowed to designate someone else to attend the conference instead of themselves.
Refunds will be made only after the conference.
