Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances the conference hotel doesn’t have availability of rooms anymore during the period of the conference.
As an intermediate solution we have take a room block at the InterContinental in St. Julians on Malta, which is about 15 minutes by car from the hotel. For which we will arrange transport back and forth on the conference days and we will make sure you can join all the conference dinners without problems.
Room prices at the InterContinental are set at 210 euro per night.
Please use the following link if you would like to register at the InterContinental St. Julians
I know this solution is not ideal and I offer my sincere apologies for the caused inconvenience, but rest assure we will do everything to make your conference experience as smooth and learning full as for all of our other guests.
If, in the meantime, there is anything else I can do for you or if you left with questions.
Please do not hesitate to contact me.

We've got an excellent social programme for spouses and other travelling partners. Part of the programme is not only a visit Valletta but also it's surroundings, a boat trip to Gozo and closing off with coffee and ice-cream on the final day. As well as that your travelling partner is invited to participate in all social gatherings of the conference (cocktail, dinner, etc.).
